Working in Finance Finance focuses on driving competitive value creation with a strong performance culture and focus on feedback. During your two-year program, you will complete two one yearrotations across finance functions. As part of these rotations, we involve you in a variety of tasks across the Finance function.

It is vital for Lantmännen Unibake to drive profitable growth to deliver the short-term gain in a stable and professional way. Finance has a key role to play in that. You will learn what it means to be a finance business partner, and you will provide insights by analyzing our operations and commercial business. You will also be involved in reporting on our sustainability targets.

During the program, you will work with senior managers and have many stakeholders across the company.
