Thaw at room temperature for 1–2 h or overnight in the fridge. You can also bake at 180°C for 2–3 min.
This portion bread is baked with 100% oats. The demand for healthier bread is growing, and by offering your customers this 100% oat bread you cater for that specific consumer demand. Oat max 100% can be sold as such in in-store-bakeries or as filled from the vitrine.
