Frozen. Storage at -18°C or under. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
Vaasan Mestarin 7-Kauran leipä is a oat bread that contains oat in different forms: oat brans, oats grain and oat fiber. This product is baked in Lantmännen Unibake's bakery in Joutseno, Lappeenranta and has the Produced in Finland label.
