Storage & Handling

Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Defrost overnight in the fridge (2-4°C) or in room temperature for 1-2 hours. Place the products in proofing cabin for 1½-2 hours. min (+33-36 °C, r.H. 70 %). Bake at 230 °C for 16 min. If loaf has not been spread with egg, steam can be used until surfac
