Storage & Handling
Store at -18°C or colder. Once defrosted
store in an unopened package in a cool dry place for
a maximum of 2 days. Do not store defrosted product
at chilled temperature as this will accelerate staling.
Remove the packages required from the
box and lie flat. Defrost in an unopened package at
room temperature for approximately 1 hour. The
product is ready to eat after defrosting, but it can be
grilled for a few minutes for a golden color.
