Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
Vaasan Mestarin Joululimppu is a delicious specialty bread for the Christmas season. It is baked with Christmas spices, cranberries and apple bits. Baked in Lantmännen Unibake's bakery in Joutseno, Lappeenranta.
