Storage at -18°C or colder.
Place the frozen doughnuts on a greased plate. Thaw 1–2 h at room temperature or overnight in fridge. Place the products in proofing cabinet for 60–90 min (33–36°C, r.H. 70–75%). Let the doughnuts dry about 15 min before deep-frying. Deep-fry at 180°C fat. Decorate with sugar after deep-frying.
