Storage & Handling
At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
Thaw the products covered with plastic or in a plastic bag for min. 3-6 hours at room temperature or overnight in the fridge. Bake for 20 minutes at 100°C directly in the bag with clip. Let the bread cool before open the bag and remove the clip. Please note that the bag is fragile, and the bread must therefore be handled carefully, especially while frozen. Shelf life before baking (covered): Max. 2 days refrigerated or 1 day at room temperature.
