Climbing up the ladder
Helvijs Siubra wrote his bachelor project and master thesis with Hanzas Maiznica. His master thesis aimed to build an automated e-commerce platform for Unibake to reduce manual handling costs—a project not implemented at the time but one he still believes in.
Lantmännen Unibake values employee growth and encourages exploring different career paths. So, when Hanzas Maiznica needed someone to manage an outsourced IT team, Helvijs eagerly volunteered, embracing the new challenge.
