Reduced work hours / part time

Senior employees can request to reduce their work hours while
maintaining their role and responsibilities. This could involve
working part-time or on a different schedule, such as fewer days
per week. It can also be job sharing with another senior colleague.

Hourly paid employment during retirement

Senior employees can also work on an hourly-paid agreement. It
can for example be a fixed number of hours per week or month, or
it can be ad hoc based. It depends on the needs in the department
and the possibilities for the senior talent.

Consultant arrangements

Senior employees can work on assignment-based consultant
agreements, for example on a dedicated project where expert
knowledge is required.

Continue employment beyond normal retirement age

Senior employees can continue the full working time, either in the
same role or in another role. Up to two extra weeks of non-paid
vacation /year may be agreed.
