Egg salad

  • 7 eggs, boiled and chopped
  • 200 g lactose-free Turkish yogurt
  • 10–15 g chopped chives
  • 4 g salt
  • 4 g curry powder
  • 3 g ground black pepper
  • 4–5 small Vaasa rye squares
  • 4–6 lettuce leaves

Prepare the egg salad by mixing all its ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk. You can also use creme fraiche or mayonnaise instead of yogurt. Pile the egg salad on the bottom of the bread, put the lettuce leaf on top and then place the other slice on top to finish the sandwich.
