Classic croissant baked from light and crispy layers of croissant dough. The dough has been allowed to develop naturally during a long resting period, making the croissant light and airy to eat. The croissant is brushed with egg, giving it a beautiful, golden surface. A carton contains 2 bags with 24 pieces in each bag.
