Sales is at the heart of our business. To create products our customers want to buy, contributing to an increasingly profitable business, we need to respond to their met and un-met needs - which could be discovered from data analysis or market insight. Then we need to find ways of getting great products to market faster and keeping clients satisfied.
To ensure this happens, Sales Excellence continually enhances and develops our sophisticated CRM system while teaching and coaching the sales teams, to ensure our commercial strategy is translated into concrete action.
You will analyze sales, customer and market data and use your analyses to optimize and strengthen sales pipeline management, customer meetings, pricing and customer planning.
When joining the Sales Excellence path you will learn all there is to know about our global and local commercial strategy and you will gain deep knowledge of the tools and analytics we use to support the sales operation process and pipeline.
You will liase with Marketing and develop value propositions that solve business challenges for customers and make sticky business. You will get learning for life that you will benefit from in your further career.
During the Program you will with work with senior managers and will work cooperatively with many stakeholders across the company. You will gradually build an international network of world-class colleagues, eventually establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people in Sales at Lantmännen Unibake.
