What you’ll experience as an Operations graduate
As an Operations graduate, you will work close to production, gaining first insights into how large-scale operations run day to day, and learning how planning, quality, food safety & compliance, maintenance & technical operations, sustainability and people leadership come together in practice.
You will build a strong understanding of bakery operations and work closely with experienced colleagues and leaders, take on real responsibility from day one, and develop the foundation needed to grow into future operational leadership roles.
