Barley and oat rolls baked with sourdough in stone oven and topped with oats. Rich in protein and fiber.

Storage & Handling

Store at -18°C or colder. Do not freeze after thawing.

Bake frozen at 190°C in hot air oven for 10-11 minutes. Rest for 3 minutes before serving.


Water, wholemeal WHEAT flour (20,9%), OATMEAL (17,5%), BARLEY flour (13,4%), sourdough of WHEAT, WHEAT gluten, brown flaxseeds, rapeseed oil, salt, WHEAT flour, yeast, flour treatment agent (E300), enzyme (amylase, lipase, xylanase).
