Traditional soft dough bun with chocolate mini.

Storage & Handling

Temperature min -18°C. Do not defreeze after thawing.

Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the refridgerator. The buns must be proofed at 37°C in 40-45 minutes. Bake at approx. 180°C for 7-9 minutes.


WHEAT flour, water, 10% milk chocolate (sugar, MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier (E322-sunflower)), sugar, yeast, rapeseed oil, cardamom, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt, emulsifier (vegetable E472e and E471), flour treatment agent (E300), enzymes (amylase, xylanase, hemicellulase).
