Storage & Handling

Temperature min -18°C. Do not defreeze after thawing.

Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the refridgerator. The buns must be proofed at 37°C in 40-50 minutes. Bake at approx. 180°C for 8-10 minutes.


WHEAT flour, water, 12% chocolate without added sugar (maltitol, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whey powder (MILK), anhydrous MILK powder, emulsifier (E322-sunflower)), inulin, yeast, rapeseed oil, WHEAT gluten, cardamom, salt, emulsifier (vegetable E471, E472e), flour treatment agent (E300), aroma (vanillin), enzyme (amylase, xylanase, hemicellulase).
