Storage & Handling

Temperature min -18°C. Do not defreeze after thawing.

Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the fridgerater. The buns are to be raised in a proofed at 37°C in 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle sugar on top before baking in the oven at approx. 180°C for 7-8 minutes.


WHEAT flour, water, sugar, rapeseed oil, yeast, WHEAT gluten, cardamom, cinnamon, salt, emulsifier (vegetable E472e, E471), flour treatment agent (E300), enzyme (amylase, xylanase, hemicellulase). May contain traces of milk, soy, almond, sesame seeds.
