Soft dough bun with chocolate pieces and a taste of gingerbread.

Storage & Handling

Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the refridgerator. The buns must be proofed at 37°C in 40-50 minutes. Bake at 180-190° C for 8-10 minutes.


WHEAT flour, water, 10% chocolate chunks (sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier (E322 - SOY), vanilla extract), sugar, yeast, canola oil, spices (ginger, cinnamon, cardamon, pepper, cloves), cocoa, WHEAT gluten, salt, emulsifier (E472e, vegetable E471), flour treatment agent (E300). May contain traces of sesame, almonds.
