Frozen. Storage at -18° or under. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
Vaasan Alppileipä is a wheat and oat bread baked with sunflower and flax seeds. Baked in Lantmännen Unibake's bakery in Joutseno, Lappeenranta.
