Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
Vaasan Mestarin Hapanjuurileipä is a sourdough bread with crispy crust. This product is baked in the Lantmännen Unibake's bakery in Joutseno, Lappeenranta and it has been given the Produced in Finland label.
