At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
Directly from frozen into pre-heated oven at 190°C (convection oven). Bake for 18 minutes. Ovens vary, so adjust temperature, not time. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before decorating. Baked products to be consumed within 24 hours. The icing has a shelf life of 2 weeks after opening when stored at 5 °C/20 °C. The total shelf life of the icing bag is stated on the labelling on the bag.
