Storage & Handling

Temperature min -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the refridgerator. The buns must be proofed at 37°C in 40-45 minutes. Bake at approx. 180°C for 7-9 minutes.


WHEAT flour, water, sugar, rapeseed oil, yeast, cardamom, WHEAT GLUTEN, cardamom, salt, flour treatment agent (E300), emulzifier (vegetable E472e and E471), enzymes (amylase, xylanase, hemicellulase). May contain traces of milk, soy, almond, sesame seed.
