Managing a sustainable talent pipeline across all functions is pivotal for the continued success of our business. Focusing on talent we, among other things, liaise with universities on several activities; we run a two-year Global Graduate Program every year; we offer apprenticeships and internships; we offer part time positions for students, and we make it possible for them to write their thesis as part of their bachelor, master or PhD.

Many people are choosing to work past the traditional retirement age. Some enjoy the social interaction they have with co-workers. Others continue working for economic reasons. Senior workers make good employees. They bring years of experience and knowledge with them, and many also offer additional benefits such as high employee engagement, a strong work ethic and strong interpersonal and people management skills. As an employer, we are responsible for finding ways to engage our seasoned workforce and have them stay with us for a longer time. Focusing on senior workers we, among other things, offer part-time retirement solutions; make room for hourly paid employment during retirement; manage assignment-based ‘consultant’ solutions on specific projects; and continue employment beyond normal retirement age.
