Sustainability plan
Our sustainability plan stands on four pillars.
Climate strategy
The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commits us to support the Paris agreement in reducing the global warming to a limit of 1.5 degrees by 2030. More long-term, we will reduce our CO2e emissions to achieve CO2e net zero no later than 2050.
Health strategy
Lantmännen Unibake has set out to positively impact public health by more than doubling our volume of healthier products by 2030.
People strategy
Equality, diversity, flexibility, generational balance. We want to attract and maintain talent while creating a safe working environment that welcomes all colleagues without prejudice or bias.
Business Fundamentals
Lantmännen Unibake has always been one step ahead of industry standards in terms of food quality, safety, and responsible sourcing. We use the momentum created in the international society to further accelerate our efforts to generate trust and credibility in the food system from field to fork.
Crucial areas
We have defined a number of crucial areas vital for achieving our goals within each pillar in our sustainability plan.
